What helps most is not polish but coverage. A front view alone leaves the back, the side profile and the base to our interpretation, and that is where a first sample most often misses expectations. Send whatever extra angles you can sketch, plus a note on intended size and any colour that matters to your brand.

We can produce a plush toy to a physical reference you send us, and doing so gives the most accurate result because our pattern designers can measure the construction directly rather than estimate it.

What we will not do is reproduce a design that belongs to someone else. If the reference is a licensed or branded product, you need to hold the rights or a valid licence before we can quote. Send us a photograph and we will tell you honestly whether it is something we can produce.

Close, but expect a revision round on anything complex. Turning flat art into a stuffed three dimensional body always involves judgement calls, particularly around how a face reads once the fabric curves.

That is exactly what the sample stage is for. Our pattern designers mark corrections directly onto the sample, adjust the pattern, and rebuild. The approved sample then becomes the fixed reference for the whole production run.

A genuinely custom sample requires pattern drafting and hand sewing by a senior designer, so there is a sample charge plus shipping. Tell us your product and quantity and we will confirm the figure with your quotation.

Yes. Sound modules, recordable voice boxes, LED lighting and small display panels are all fitted in house rather than subcontracted.

Plan for a longer development cycle on these. Electronic components need their own enclosure design, battery access has to meet the safety standard for your destination market, and the whole assembly gets tested before it goes anywhere near mass production.

Yes. Send Pantone references and we source fabric to match as closely as the material allows.

One honest caveat: plush fabric does not hit a Pantone target the way flat printed material does. Pile length and fibre both affect how a colour reads under different light, and a long pile will always look slightly deeper than the same dye on a short pile. We confirm the match physically at sample stage rather than promising it on paper.

From roughly 8 cm keychain plush up to life size pieces. Most retail plush sits between 20 and 40 cm.

If you want the same character in several sizes, tell us at the design stage rather than after the first sample. Small sizes usually need the pattern redrawn rather than simply scaled down, since facial detail that reads clearly at 30 cm disappears at 10 cm.

Around 30 working days after sample approval, artwork sign off and deposit payment. Note that this is working days rather than calendar days, so allow for weekends and Chinese public holidays when you plan backwards from a retail date.

Season affects it more than buyers expect. Capacity across the Chinese toy industry tightens sharply ahead of the Christmas shipping window and again before Chinese New Year, when factories close for an extended period. If your goods need to hit a specific date, tell us the date first and we will work backwards from it.

We accept bank transfer (T/T) only, structured as a 30 percent deposit with the 70 percent balance paid before shipment.

EXW, FOB, CIF and DAP pricing are all available, so you can choose whichever incoterm fits how your freight is already organised. If you have a nominated forwarder we will work with them directly.

Yes. Client artwork, patterns and samples are never shown to other buyers, and we do not publish images of a client product without permission.

We are happy to sign a non disclosure agreement before you send anything. Send your own document if you have one and we will review and return it.

Small trial runs are common, particularly for new brands and crowdfunding projects, and we would rather you test demand than commit to a quantity you cannot sell.

The minimum depends on construction complexity, since each colourway and variant needs its own pattern set and material run. Tell us the product, the size and how many variants you are planning and we will confirm the figure with your quotation.
