We are a manufacturer. Pattern drafting, cutting, embroidery, sewing, stuffing, inspection and packing all happen on our own production floor, and our pattern designers are employees rather than subcontractors.

The practical difference shows on your second order. Because we hold the master pattern and the approved sample in house, a repeat run can be matched physically against the original rather than re engineered from a photograph. A trading company that forwards your file to whichever workshop has capacity that month cannot promise that.

Yes to both. For OEM work we follow your designs, sketches or reference pictures exactly. For ODM work our design team can develop a concept with you from a brief, a mood board or a rough idea of the character you want.

Either route uses the same in house designers and production team, so there is no handover gap between the drawing and the sewing line.

MOQ depends on the category, the size and how complex the construction is. A simple stuffed animal in a single colourway carries a lower minimum than an interactive toy with an electronic module, custom packaging and multiple SKUs, because each variant needs its own pattern set and material run.

Yes. Once pricing is confirmed you can request a sample to check quality. If we already have an existing model that matches, we can provide it immediately and free of charge.

Custom samples are delivered within 7 working days after we receive the sample and shipping payment. Nothing goes into mass production until you have approved that physical sample, because it becomes the reference every unit in the run is checked against.

Standard lead time is around 30 working days after everything is confirmed, meaning after sample approval, artwork sign off and deposit payment.

Two things move that figure. Order quantity is the obvious one. Season is the one buyers underestimate: capacity across the Chinese toy industry tightens sharply ahead of the Christmas shipping window and again before Chinese New Year. If your goods need to hit a retail date, tell us the date rather than the quantity first, and we will work backwards from it.

Send whatever you have, whether that is a finished tech pack, a photograph of a competitor product or a drawing on paper. To quote accurately we need the intended size, the rough quantity, any material preference and the destination market, since safety testing requirements differ between the United States and the European Union.

How quickly we can come back depends on the product. A straightforward stuffed animal can be priced fast. A multi component interactive toy with custom packaging needs material costing first, and rushing that stage produces a number neither of us can hold to. If you are working to a deadline, say so in your first email and we will prioritise the inquiry.

Our toys are manufactured to the GB6675 Chinese national inspection standard and to the ASTM F963, EN71, CE and REACH international standards.

Which of these your order needs depends on where you are selling. Goods entering the United States are checked against ASTM F963, goods entering the European Union against EN71 and REACH with CE marking applied. We can also arrange third party laboratory testing where your retailer or importer requires an independent certificate.

Outer fabrics include short pile plush, long pile fur, super soft velboa, minky, corduroy, cotton and knitted yarn, in whichever weight suits the shape you are building. Stuffing is graded PP cotton as standard, with alternatives available for weighted, beaded or hypoallergenic products.

Material choice affects far more than feel. Pile length changes how a seam reads, and a long pile hides stitching that a short pile would expose. We will flag that during sampling rather than after the run.

We run both automatic laser cutting and precision die cutting, and the choice depends on the job. Laser cutting handles intricate character outlines and small production runs where a die would not be worth tooling.

Die cutting presses through stacked fabric layers in one stroke, which is faster and more repeatable once volume justifies it. Either way the panels come out identical, and that consistency at the cutting stage is what stops shape drift showing up later in the run.

Vector artwork in AI, EPS, PDF or SVG is ideal because it scales cleanly to embroidery. High resolution PNG or JPG also works, and so does a clear photograph of a hand drawing.

What helps most is not the format but the angles. A front view alone leaves the back, the side profile and the base to interpretation. Send whatever views you have, plus Pantone references if colour accuracy matters to your brand.

Absolutely. We produce woven labels, printed care labels, hangtags, header cards, polybags with the required safety warnings, gift boxes and custom carton marking.

If you are supplying a retailer with specific packaging or barcode requirements, send the specification early. Packaging artwork often takes longer to approve than the toy itself, and it is the most common reason an otherwise ready order sits waiting.

Machine sewing, hand sewing, computerised embroidery, silk screen printing, heat transfer, applique and needle felting, plus laser and die cutting for pattern accuracy on complex shapes.

Most character toys use several of these together. Facial detail is usually embroidered rather than printed, because embroidery survives washing and handling in a way that surface print does not.

We accept T/T, normally structured as a 30 percent deposit with the 70 percent balance paid before shipment.

EXW, FOB, CIF and DAP pricing are all available, so you can choose whichever incoterm fits how your freight is already organised. If you have a nominated forwarder we will work with them directly.

Quality control runs across the line rather than only at the end. Incoming fabric is checked for pile direction and colour against the approved swatch, seam strength is sampled at intervals through the sewing run, and every finished unit passes through a metal detector to catch broken needle fragments.

Finished goods are then inspected for seam pull, small parts security and surface defects before packing. We have manufactured toys for more than 20 years and work with several third party inspection agencies where a client wants independent verification.

Yes. Client artwork, patterns and samples are not shown to other buyers, and we do not publish images of a client's product without permission. Several of the photographs on this site are blurred or cropped for exactly that reason.

We are happy to sign a non disclosure agreement before you send artwork. Send your own document if you have one, and we will review and return it.

We export regularly to North America, Europe and Southeast Asia, and we are familiar with the labelling and documentation each of those markets expects.
