Remarks :

1. After a few times’quotations on different toys, Mr. E placed his trial DIOR star cushion order to us.

2. We made the sample according to a very much vague image and luckily gained the order from DIOR.

3. After sending materials to Paris for material and color confirmation,we started Pre Pro Sample production under client’s precise detail requests.

4. We got confirmed on our PPS after sending them to Paris and making more samples for REACH and EN71 tests. The rope we use for the dust bag is over 220mm and we added warnings and 3+ stickers on its Opp bag.

5. Bulk production was done as scheduled, we assisted QC from LR Paries and all stars got passed except for very few indentation of the cloth we ironed them for final approval.

6. We are receiving more orders from different purchasing departments of Mr.E’s company since then.

1. We made a very hard realized gaming mat for Mr.S in 2019, and he turned back to us with gloves order this year. 

2. This is a unique design, with different combine of mateirals to realize its softness and protective effect while still looks cool. 

3. We made a lot of trial in material determination and sewing method.

4.PU material was rarely used in plush toys, it has dyeing problem while we didnt notice at the beginning. QC department took all dyed gloves(even the dyeing is too tiny to be oberved ) out and remade with support and understanding of Mr.Shimizu.

5.  We have finished his second improved glove updated samples and got confirmed, bulk order will be confirmed when first bulk goods are sold.

1. This is a long case, Miss K started consulting on this star figure creation on 4th July,2019. She is keen on every detail to be precisely same as her design.

2. It was a small challenge for the tiny sweater, we finally made it. 

3. Facial expression and hair style reflect soul of each star character, it’s an effort and experience request thing.

4. Normally people wont start on big quantity of star figures, Miss K increased her demand from 200 to 800 sets.

1. Jimmy is a famous show dog from Australia, we had his fur printed from raw material manufacturer.Belly fur was purchased from Indonisia to realize his unique pattern.

2. Jimmy’s ear was healthy and adorable at inquiry process, when we finished sample confirmation, his left ear got hurt after he finished bathing with too strong head shaking, we modified his ear close to how he looks right now.

3. Bulk goods production delayed due to COVID 19,Jimmy’s show delayed too. All dogs have been under full inspection by QC department and third party authorized by client before delivery.

1. We feel honored to assist Miss I to realize her 12 creative designs.

2. It was a big challenge due to the complexity of design and precise requests on all details realization, slowly, our pattern designer got designer’s idea and made things moving on much more smoothly. Though we still have a few trials on some samples, all became worthwhile. Thankfully we learned a lot and made progress too.

3. We are now completing final 2 designs so far, and will welcome her new designs when this 12 series is properly done.
